MANAGEMENT
The organization of the Astaldi Company
is composed as follows:
- the Board of
Directors, composed by the Honorary Chairman, the
Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the CEOs and the Members
of the Board, who define Company policy and strategy and
develop the Business Plan;
- the General Manager for Administration
and Finance, who supervises all administrative, fiscal,
financial and legal activities of the Group and provides
support services for the technical-operative managers;
- two General
Managers (Domestic and International Activities),
who acquire and manage orders based on the goals established
in the Business Plan.
