EXTERNAL REPORTING CHANNEL

The ANAC (National Anticorruption Agency) has activated an external reporting channel to which the reporter can turn if the conditions set forth in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 24/2023, to which reference is made, are met.

In addition, a whistleblower who believes that he or she has been retaliated against as a result of a report made may report the incident to ANAC in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Legislative Decree 24/2023, so that ANAC may carry out the investigations required by the regulations and, if necessary, impose a sanction on the person who carried out the retaliation.

Access to the reporting channel is available on the ANAC website.
