Astaldi S.p.A. (the “Issuer” or “Astaldi”) announces
that today it has successfully priced an offer of €500,000,000 Senior Notes due 2020 (the
“Notes”), at a fixed coupon of 7.125% per annum and at an issue price of 100%. The Notes
will be senior obligations of the Issuer and will not be guaranteed. The Offering is expected
to close on December 4, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
