The Board of Directors of ANAS (the Italian National Motorway Authority), during its today's meeting, appointed the joint venture formed by Impregilo (leader, with a 47% share), Astaldi (24%), Pizzarotti (18%) and Itinera (11%) as Sponsor of the project finance initiative for the construction and management of the road link between the Port of Ancona and Motorway A14 and the “Adriatica” National Road (NR 16).
