Pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulation of markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Astaldi informs, as partial amendment to the 2018 financial calendar disclosed on 30 January 2018, that the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30 June 2018 shall be held in the week from 3 September to 7 September 2018.
