Astaldi as part of a joint venture with the Turkish construction firm, IC Ictas, signed today in Russia the construction contract to build the section which completes the WHSD (Western High-Speed Diameter), the motorway ring road in St. Petersburg. The overall value of works to be performed amounts to EUR 2.2 billion (Astaldi has a 50% stake).
